When paired with our Core Essentials Marketing program, the combination creates a powerful “done for you” school enrollment service.

Choosing a school is a big decision for a family, and not one they take lightly…or quickly. No mater how good your school’s website is, you can’t rely on it to convert even the most qualified families on their first visit. It’s something they have to think about. Unless they interact with you, they are just another number on your analytics report.

Our Marketing Automation Programs are focused on consistently engaging and nurturing families that have shown interest in your school but haven’t taken action yet. We develop content and create email workflows that are based on their individual concerns and interests to encourage them to take the next step.

This optional service takes our Lead Nurturing Program full circle. We continue working with the parents or students and walk them though the entire enrollment process. It’s based on a small percentage of the tuition, so you only pay for the enrollments that we service to completion.

We can set them up to visit the campus or a virtual tour. We will even conduct Virtual Open House events on a bi-monthly or monthly basis, or set them up to visit the campus.
